Ladakh Treks understands that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your trek or tour. We offer the following cancellation policy:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund
• 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing to Ladakh Treks (Mountain View & Treks).

Important:

• Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total cost of your trek or tour.
• If you cancel your trek or tour due to circumstances beyond your control, such as a medical emergency or natural disaster, we may be able to offer a full refund or reschedule your trek or tour.
• If you cancel your trek or tour due to a change in your travel plans, we may be able to offer a partial refund or reschedule your trek or tour. However, please note that we may charge a fee for this service.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected cancellations.

How to cancel:

To cancel your trek or tour, please send a written request to [email protected] Please include your name, booking reference number, and the reason for your cancellation.

We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used to book your trek or tour.
